<p>One of the things that I absolutely knew that I needed to find before I would ever see any sort of results losing my chest fat was finding some kick ass <strong>chest fat burning exercises.</strong></p>
<p>You see, I&#8217;d tried so many different workout routines and none of them ever really give me any real results that I noticed and was able to feel good about.</p>
<p>So I figured I might as well search for some really <a href="http://www.losechestfatblog.com/category/chest-fat-burning-exercises">chest fat burning exercises </a>that were already proven to work over and over again.</p>
<p>It only makes sense right?</p>
<p>Well, as I was searching I found some other information that was really useful to me in my quest to get rid of my man boobs that I think it&#8217;s worth mentioning before I go into any of the exercises themselves.</p>
<p>Before you start these insanely awesome <em>chest fat burning exercises</em> it&#8217;s super important to realize what your actual goal is here and what you really are trying to do.</p>
<p>When you do these exercises, the whole goal is to build up the muscle in your chest so they can start to become more developed and burn the fat on your chest faster than before.</p>
<p>The more muscle you build, the faster and easier it will be to get the fat off and keep it off.</p>
<p>With that being said, let&#8217;s go into the chest fat burning exercises that I&#8217;ve found to work for me and for so many others.</p>
<p>1) Bench Press</p>
<p>2) Incline Bench Press</p>
<p>3) Decline Bench Press</p>
<p>4) Cable Chest Flys</p>
<p>All of this chest fat burning exercises are excellent for developing the muscles in your chest and to start burning the fat in your chest to get you looking awesome again.</p>
<p>You want to do 8-12 repitions and 3-4 sets of each exercise 2 times a week and no more.  It&#8217;s super important to make sure that you get the proper recovery (rest) time for your muscles so they can regenerate otherwise you&#8217;re just going to actually be making your condition worse.</p>
<p>So there you have it.  Some killer chest fat burning exercises that you can do right now and start seeing and feeling results immediately.</p>

<p>So you&#8217;ve come to the conclusion that you&#8217;re sick and tired of your chest fat and you want to figure out a way to<strong> lose chest fat.</strong></p>
<p>Well, I just wanted to first off say that&#8217;s awesome and that you&#8217;re way ahead of where most folks are (most people wouldn&#8217;t do anything about it&#8230;) so kudos to you!</p>
<p>And I also think it&#8217;s important that you know I know exactly what it&#8217;s like and I really feel for ya.</p>
<p>Seriously&#8230; I remember growing up a little on the husky side and was always a little pissed that all my buddies were in such great shape with defined chests while I was struggling to get these fatty things off my chest.  It pissed me off and I was determined to do something about it.</p>
<p>So after a while of doing some digging and searching I found that there are a couple big factors that have a huge influence on whether or not you have chest fat and that&#8217;s (as simple as it may seem) your diet and exercise.</p>
<p>Now I know it sounds so simple yet so hard&#8230;</p>
<p>I mean I can&#8217;t even tell you how many times I told myself that I would start to diet and exercise only to do it for a week or two and then give up on it.</p>
<p>But I realized what the problem was&#8230; I hated &#8220;diets&#8221;.  Shoot, I still do.  So what I decided to do was call it something else and really find out what it was that I needed to do.  So instead of calling it a &#8220;diet&#8221;, I simply called it a change in my eating and I searched for the super important things that I need to know to <a title="Lose Chest Fat" href="http://www.losechestfatblog.com">lose chest fat.</a></p>
<p>And here&#8217;s what I found&#8230;</p>
<p>You&#8217;ve probably heard a bunch of times that you shouldn&#8217;t eat so much fat right?  Well I&#8217;m here to tell you that&#8217;s just plain old wrong!</p>
<p>Seriously!</p>
<p>Let me explain&#8230;</p>
<p>Fat is actually good for you but you have to make sure that you&#8217;re eating the good kind of fat.  Like the kind of fat that you find in things like avocados, nuts, and olive and canola oils.  Fat from things that are fried and meat in general are the bad fats that&#8230; well&#8230; make you fat.</p>
<p>Now I&#8217;m not suggesting you cut that stuff out completely.  But if you can start to limit it and just eat less of it while eating some of  the other good things I&#8217;m gonna talk about you&#8217;ll see a big difference.</p>
<p>The other thing that has a huge influence on your man boobs (that&#8217;s what one of my good friends so kindly called them for me&#8230; What a friend!) is to eat the RIGHT kind of carbohydrates.  Carbs that you get from whole grains and fresh fruits and vegetables are great for you.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s the baked goods, the cookies, the fried potato chips and french fries, the donuts and things like that that actually make you fat.</p>
<p>So again, don&#8217;t cut it out completely, just limit it and you&#8217;ll see a HUGE difference in yourself not just in the way you look but also in the way you feel.</p>
